Hospice Quinte Memorial Trees

Be a part of Hospice Quinte’s annual Memorial Trees fundraiser and support visiting hospice palliative care and bereavement services in the Quinte region. For your donation of $20 we will honour the memory of loved one by placing a dove with their name on our Memorial Christmas trees at the Quinte Mall. They will be on display from December 9 to 17. We understand that the run up to Christmas can be difficult if someone special will be missed from the celebrations. Memorial Trees is a lovely way to remember and celebrate the lives of those who won’t be here to share Crhistmas with us this year, but who remain in our thoughts and memories. At Hospice Quinte we believe that hospice and bereavement care matter and the end of life deserves as much respect as the beginning. Our valued volunteers visit hospice palliative care patients in their homes, hospital, or long term care facilities to support the patient and provide respite for caregivers. After death, our bereavement support services help local people through this difficult and challenging time in their lives. All of our services are provided free of charge. We rely on donations to support 70% of our costs. Your donation helps the terminally ill and recently bereaved in the local area.
