Bell Let's Talk envisions a Canada where everyone can access the mental health support they need. This year marks the 16th annual Bell Let's Talk Day, with the theme "Taking a Moment for Mental Health,” encouraging all of us to pause, reflect, connect, and take meaningful action.
Did you know? One of the greatest challenges for those struggling with mental illness is overcoming stigma—and talking about it is an important first step. In 2025, Bell committed an additional $10 million to mental health initiatives, bringing their total investment to $184 million since 2010.
For our “Bell Let’s Talk Over Breakfast” event, we will be joined by mental health professionals for a conversation about building workplace cultures that recognize the importance of regularly taking a moment for our mental well-being—and practical ways to support that in our organizations.
