Event Description:
The Quinte Arts Council’s Arts en Plein Air 2017 Festival Showcase will celebrate performers, musicians, artists and artisans of Quinte on Saturday, September 9, 10 am to 4 pm in tents and on stages in downtown Belleville - across from City Hall along the river and behind City Hall at Market Square. Visual artists and artisans will be showing, demonstrating and selling their work. Performing artists will entertain. All activities are free.
